THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT https://www.drapvision.com ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY DRAPVISION ON THE SITE.
By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.
CONTENT USAGE
If you would like to use any of the images or content on our site publicly, please get in touch with us at
support@drapvision.com and we would love to help you. We would also provide ultra high resolution images of the designs and would assist you in all possible manner.
Please note that some of the designs/content are purchased from various sources and Drapvision holds the commercial license to use the same for commercial activities.
For the reuse of designs/content created by Drapvision, you need to credit us by name after getting the written permission from us.
COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARKS
Drapvision is the brand owned by Drapvision Private Limited. All content on the site is copyright material. Apart from this, you will also need our permission to use or distribute any of the images, texts or ideas on the site. Also, https://www.drapvision.com , www.drapvision.co.in , www.drapvision.in etc. are owned by Drapvision Private Limited and any kind of cybersquatting or domain squatting is strictly prohibited and protected by law and is upheld by WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization).
The names and graphics provided as mock/example/icon for various product categories are purely hypothetical and does NOT resemble any real organisation / person / entity. All the mocks and names are for demonstration and presentation purposes only. It does not resemble our clientele in any sense whatsoever.
PRIVACY POLICY
Drapvision and associated payment gateways use encryption technology security ensure privacy of user information. All credit / debit card details would remain confidential, Drapvision will not share customer details with third parties. Customer / User details might be used to send information on products / prices / promotions of the company etc. If you have any questions, please write to

KNOWLEDGE
The use of the word "pages" means one side of a sheet. 2 pages constitute one sheet. "Number of Pages (both sides inclusive)" means the total number of sides in a notebook / product, inclusive of front and back cover, protective sheets, inner pages, index material, personal info page etc. As these are counted by humans, the possibility of human error is always there wherein the number of pages may be slightly more / less than the description provided.
PASSWORD
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Drapvision of any unauthorised use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Drapvision cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure. You agree not to provide your username and password information in combination to any other party other than Drapvision without written permission.
Normal shipping / delivery lead times would be 7-10 working days. We have partnered reputed national courier service providers to ensure timely deliveries. However, as of now, the shipping is limited to pan-India only. Also, we are not charging any shipping from you for forward shipping. However, in case of returns, the shipping charges would be deducted. Following is the table for shipping charges.

RETURN/CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Cancelled orders would be fully refunded if the products have not already been shipped.

Personalised / Customised products will NOT be refunded / returned in any case unless there is a manufacturing defect.

In case of manufacturing defect(s), you are required to send the pictures of the defects in the product(s) to support@drapvision.com and after inspection by the quality control team, the refund amount / return status would be communicated to you.

Products purchased online can be returned within 3 working days. All returned items must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. The amount paid would be refunded in 15 working days after we receive the product and an internal quality check is done. We will deduct the shipping amount incurred to us for that order.

As we do not have a reverse pickup service yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. You can courier the product(s) to the address mentioned below: C 238, BRIJ VIHAR, CHANDER NAGAR, GHAZIABAD, PINCODE: 201011 . LANDMARK: IN FRONT OF VANASTHALI PUBLIC SCHOOL.

Also in case of national emergencies, natural disasters or any unforeseen circumstances, your order can be cancelled and a full refund would be given. Also, a mail would be sent to you mentioning the same.
REFUND POLICY
The amount credited on refund will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. Any change in the product price thereafter will not be considered. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, the shipping charges borne by you. The refund procedure will be initiated within 15 days after we have received your product and an e-mail would be sent you as well for the same.After initiation, we request you to wait at least 15 days for the amount to reflect in your bank account. Refund will be provided by IMPS only.

Drapvision allows the following modes for payments- Credit / Debit Card – Visa / MasterCard / American Express (National and International).
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address.
PERSONALIZATION CONDITIONS
"Personalisation" refers to the meaning where the customer is allowed an option to input a preferred name/graphic. However, Drapvision has the final and unchallenging right to accept or decline the name/phrase/graphic provided by the customer. Only legit human names and graphics are allowed. Any name or graphic resembling / related (directly or indirectly) to any political, famous, infamous, colour, caste, creed, sex, sexual orientation, nudity, unnatural, provocative or any word that can / or has the potential to create any kind of unwanted circumstances is strictly NOT ALLOWED. Drapvision has the final authority to refuse / reject without assigning any reasons. In case of rejection, 100 % amount would be refunded accordingly. Customer is responsible for whatsoever be the consequence/s arising due to the name/graphic preferred by him/her on his/her product. Customer is responsible to ensure that all copyright laws are adhered to when he/she is ordering any printing service/product from Drapvision Private Limited.
All the disputes are subjected to jurisdiction of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. In case of any other queries related to any terms and conditions, kindly contact at support@drapvision.com
OFFERS
Offers/Special Offers/Discount Coupons would be made available as per the company’s strategies. Please note that no two offers/coupons/schemes can be clubbed together in any circumstances.
